Your personal companion on your way to Central Asia
The Central Asian states of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan have been independent sovereign nations since 1991. In spite of their independence, all of these young countries suffered from huge infrastructural and economic problems. Corruption and high unemployment were the price that these states had to pay.
In spite of this fact, work was done and investments made in many of these problem areas in order to consign the difficulties to the past. Economically, these countries are continually progressing in order to become competitive as states. Building projects abound across whole countries, and their road systems are being improved.
