The uniform customs code of the customs union between Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus becomes binding on 1 July 2010.  At a meeting in Minsk, Belarus, the three presidents of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus signed the so-called prepared "uniform customs code".
The customs border between Russia and Belarus will be abolished on 1 July 2010. The customs border between Russia and Kazakhstan will be abolished on 1 July 2011.
