Logistics buildings in the CIS states are normally divided into 4 categories.

Category A: a modern single-storey warehouse with a convenient location with regard to transport (motorway or main road connection). Equipped with safety and ventilation systems as well as modern control systems.

Category B: an extended or rebuilt warehouse with a communications infrastructure with external lorry park.

Category C: converted production buildings or halls with an asphalt or concrete covering and a heating system.

Category D: buildings or halls without heating systems and communications infrastructure.
