Belgrade (gtai) - Serbia has received an additional loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) for the expansion of its motorway system, and can count on additional infrastructural support in the near future.

With this loan, the Serbian government aims to secure the financing of some stages of the Pan-European traffic corridor 10, which is currently under construction. In addition, the EIB is interested in supporting various plans on the Danube with further loans.
